Games That Shouldn't Be Missed In 2025

Online Games.

Games just keep getting more and more innovative as the years go by. Every year, one producer will introduce something that blows gamers away. Even if it is a simple point and click, it will probably contain features that gamers have never seen before. This doesn’t even touch the games with unbelievable cutting-edge graphics. What about those cinematic games with a story that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end? There truly is something for every gamer these days, but there's no doubt certain games will stand apart. And, below you will find those games.

Doom: The Dark Ages

Most gamers can probably remember Doom when it was a first-person shooter with the lowest quality graphics you could find. Well, to call it low quality might be a bit unfair because they were quite innovative at the time. That said, there is a reason that Doom keeps pumping out game after game, and Doom: The Dark Ages will be no different. This one, like the others, will be developed by Bethesda Softworks, and it is the eighth installment in the masterful series.

It follows the 2016 release, Doom Eternal, and features a story that is somewhat similar. Players will get to step into the blood-stained boots of the world's protagonist, known as Doom Slayer, and battle evil forces from Hades all across the kingdom.

Mafia: The Old Country

Who doesn't love to learn more about and play as one of the world's most well-known, powerful criminal organizations? In fact, that is one of the unique things about this game. Players won't just be offered a beautifully immersive open world they can explore to their heart's content, but they will actually get a chance to uncover the origins of the criminal organization. The game will take players through the brutal underworld of 1900s Sicily. You simply do not get grittier than this, and fans of games like Hitman and Grand Theft Auto will love this.

Online Casino Games

While amazing graphics and immersive stories might be hard to pass up, don't forget about those online casinos. They might be easy to overlook compared to the games that are coming out in 2025, but that would be a major mistake. With online casino games and the best baccarat strategy, players have a chance to win real cash. Not only that, but there are tons of other benefits that come along with playing baccarat. For starters, there is no longer a need to go to your local casino to play. With innovative online platforms and apps, you can play this immersive table game right from the comfort of your own home.

Don't forget about the other classics like poker, blackjack, and roulette. Just remember, when gambling online, it is paramount to be careful and choose a quality gaming provider. It might be a good idea to read a thorough guide before even thinking about gambling online.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater

Metal Gear has even been around longer than Doom, but that does not make it any less important. If anything, it makes it more important. While Snake Eater might be a new remake of the 2004 Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, it will feature amazing new graphics, a new immersive stealth system, and a completely updated audio design. The game will feature the same storyline, which is a FOX operative named Naked Snake must save a trapped Russian rocket scientist while also sabotaging the Soviet nuclear superweapon, named Shagohod. This one was the fifth induction into the series.

Borderlands 4

It would be impossible to make a game of awesome 2025 games without including Borderlands. This might only be the fourth induction, but this game is so popular that it has developed an entire online community and following. This is a first-person looter-shooter, so it can literally be played over and over with random results each time. Play as one of four vault hunters, who are nothing more than hardened soldiers looking for alien vaults that supposedly contain some ancient alien artifacts. Borderlands 1 and 2 were set on Pandora, but the unique thing about this game is that it takes players to an all-new planet known as Kairos.
