machine-knit jumpers.

Each crafter has their own hand knitting style, too, so even following the same pattern, there will be a few slight differences between each garment, adding to the uniqueness of a sweater.

If you like knitting sweaters or other items by hand, you will obviously opt for this, however, if you need a large amount of items made, you will opt for machine knitting.

WASH AND CARE

Type of yarn  used tells whether it is possible to wash by the machine or needs to be washed by hand. If you received the knitted piece as a gift or purchased it at a craft fair, ask the knitter or vendor.

The larvae feed on the hairs and skin particles left over from regular wear, so it is important to wash the knitting before you put it away. Make sure you wash, steam, dry clean, or otherwise ensure your knits are clean well before packing them away to store over the summer.
