This acquisition, for an undisclosed amount, significantly expands Diversio's capabilities by integrating CCDIC’s extensive training programs and consulting services.

According to Diversio CEO Laura McGee, “CCDIC has a comprehensive set of trainings and service offerings for almost all of the pain points we’ve identified in our customer’s cultures.” This strategic move allows Diversio to offer a broader range of solutions to its clients, addressing various diversity and inclusion challenges through tailored consulting and hundreds of training courses.
