Doinstruct secures €7.6 million to expand digital skills training initiatives

Doinstruct, a platform dedicated to training frontline workers, has secured €7.6 million in funding led by Creandum, with support from existing investors HTGF and D11Z, as well as individual backers Bastian Karweg and Andreas Hettich. The investment underscores the critical need for scalable solutions in training for frontline sectors such as food processing, logistics, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing, where traditional training methods are often inefficient and inaccessible.

Globally, 80% of the workforce operates on the frontline, facing challenges exacerbated by skills shortages and regulatory demands. In 2023, three-quarters of employers across 21 European countries struggled to find adequately skilled workers, highlighting a pressing need for innovative training solutions. Doinstruct addresses these challenges with a mobile-first platform designed to meet the specific needs of deskless workers. The platform offers training content updated in collaboration with regulators and certification bodies, available in over 16 languages.
