In addition to the global recognition, NTT DATA has also earned regional Top Employer certifications in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and North America, further solidifying its commitment to providing outstanding work environments across diverse markets.

The Top Employers Institute certification process evaluates organisations based on their participation in the HR Best Practices Survey, covering six core HR domains, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, and Well-being. NTT DATA achieved exceptionally high scores in several key areas, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Sustainability; and Work Environment, highlighting its commitment to building a culture that prioritises the well-being and growth of its employees. These high marks reinforce NTT DATA’s ongoing efforts to foster a supportive and inclusive work culture that reflects its values of sustainability and innovation.

The 2025 certification program recognised more than 2,400 organisations in 125 countries and regions, positively impacting over 13 million employees globally. Yutaka Sasaki, President and CEO of NTT DATA, expressed pride in the recognition, stating that the company’s workforce—diverse in background and rich in talent—serves as its greatest asset. He emphasised the importance of fostering an environment where employees feel empowered to bring their authentic selves to work, which in turn enables them to perform at their best. Sasaki further acknowledged that this award reflects NTT DATA’s ongoing commitment to creating an exceptional workplace and signals the company’s continued focus on nurturing a collaborative and inclusive corporate culture.

David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute, praised NTT DATA for its consistency and commitment to its employees, especially in an era of rapid technological, economic, and social changes. He remarked that the companies certified as Top Employers for 2025 demonstrated extraordinary dedication to their employees, making them stand out as global leaders in people practices. Plink highlighted that NTT DATA’s efforts to sustain a thriving, adaptable workforce, even amid constant change, sets it apart as a top employer in the IT services industry.

In the competitive IT services sector, NTT DATA understands that attracting and retaining top talent is crucial for driving innovation and meeting client needs. As part of its strategy to be the “Best Place to Work,” the company places a strong emphasis on developing professionals who can succeed on a global scale. NTT DATA continues to foster a culture that celebrates diversity and ensures that employees have the flexibility to balance their professional and personal lives, offering them greater autonomy in deciding where and when they work.
