In a bid to strengthen its partner ecosystem, ServiceNow has unveiled three new Partner Specializations: Service Operations, Serve the Customer, and Power the Employee.

The move aligns with ServiceNow's strategic goal to increase the contribution of net new revenue sourced by partners in the coming years. The focus is on supporting partners who integrate the ServiceNow platform into the core of their business models.

3. Acquiring Specializations:

Partners can acquire these specializations by demonstrating a combination of product and sales expertise through customer wins and a well-defined go-to-market strategy. This initiative encourages partners to showcase their unique strengths and innovation in growing their ServiceNow practices.

Differentiation:

Partners obtaining specializations will receive badging visible on their ServiceNow profiles and enhanced visibility on the ServiceNow Partner Finder. Prospective customers can easily identify specialized partners based on their unique strengths.
Revenue Opportunities:

Each specialization addresses a critical customer need, presenting substantial untapped market opportunities with high year-over-year growth.

Business Growth:

ServiceNow is offering additional benefits to partners, including participation in the ServiceNow Partner Advisory Council, access to co-marketing programs, and the Partner Development Fund announced in the previous year.

 Partners can achieve specializations at both the regional and global levels, with two levels of achievement for further differentiation.

6. Launch Details:
