The report added that Terra co-founder Do Kwon, also facing legal action in South Korea for his role in the firm\u2019s collapse, was unlikely to return to the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Seoul Southern District Court\u2019s ruling on Dec. 3rd to reject South Korean prosecutors\u2019 detention warrant requests for former Terraform Labs employees once again illustrates the unfounded nature of the prosecutors\u2019 claims,\u201d a Terra spokesperson said to Cointelegraph.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities in South Korea arrested Terraform Labs\u2019 head of business, Yoo Mo, in October, but Judge Hong\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/south-korean-judge-dismisses-warrant-for-individual-involved-in-terra-collapse-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-amp=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph-com.cdn.ampproject.org\/c\/s\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/south-korean-judge-dismisses-warrant-for-individual-involved-in-terra-collapse-report\/amp\">dismissed the warrant<\/a>\u00a0in a similar manner within 48 hours, saying it was difficult to see the \u201cnecessity and significance\u201d of the arrest.
