1.3243 Steel heat treatment

1.3243 Steel Annealing Process: The better result comes if you fold it after forging tempering. If it seems impossible, wait until it cools down to the internal temperature and perform a different process. For annealing, ensure you put it into the furnace, holding a temperature less than 500℃. After that, increase the heat level to 840-860℃, and keep this temperature stable for at least 4 to 5 hours. Cool it slowly in the annealing oven until it will turn hard. After the process of tempering, its hardness may reach lower than 255HB. Cool it into the annealing oven until it is hard at 255 HB levels.
