Give a brief classification of 1.3243 Steel heat treatment
M35 High-Speed Steel
Steel is one of the most usable materials nowadays. You can see every minor to small item prepared with steel, whether functional home utensils, other products (such as a chair, table, Almira, etcetera), or big vehicles and machines are all made with steel. The formation of steel is not as easy as its name sounds; it needs a lot of hard work and time to turn into the final (robust) material of steel that is further used to make different products. If you are looking for the best quality steel or steel products, why don’t you come to the best Steel distributor Company in Ludhiana? After coming here, you will never need to go anywhere else.
Additionally, M35 steel is considered more high-speed and comes in front to form heavy tools. Numerous steel manufacturers also call it 1.3243 steel and SKH55 steel. After the heat treatment, its red hardness, hardness, and wear resistance properties can ameliorate during manufacture. M2 high-speed steel is believed to be an ideal material for forming tools that can tackle abrasion and high impact. If you want to look for a more effective and robust type of steel, come to the 1.3243 High-Speed Steel India showroom. Additionally, all progressive dies, reamer, iron head, screw dies, milling cutter, punch, and complex shape tools with high toughness are all manufactured with AISI M35 High-Speed Steel.

1.3243 Steel Annealing Process: The better result comes if you fold it after forging tempering. If it seems impossible, wait until it cools down to the internal temperature and perform a different process. For annealing, ensure you put it into the furnace, holding a temperature less than 500℃. After that, increase the heat level to 840-860℃, and keep this temperature stable for at least 4 to 5 hours. Cool it slowly in the annealing oven until it will turn hard. After the process of tempering, its hardness may reach lower than 255HB. Cool it into the annealing oven until it is hard at 255 HB levels.
To prohibit oxidative decarburization, tempering ought to be careful. You can do it easily by putting the wood dust in the annealing furnace to slow down the heat. Following are the tips for quenching and tempering
- Preheat it once at 600℃ and again at an 860℃ temperature.
- Then, check the requirement for quenching when it reaches 10-12s/mm.
- Now there is a need for hardening at 600℃ and then cooling at 260-280℃.
- After hardening, its temperature lies between 535-540 °C. Then, tempering is performed, and after this, its hardening reaches 68 HRC; however, numerous factory owners do not want it to rise to 68 HRC. That is the reason that it always comes down.
