Bringing Financial Inclusion to Rural Communities is the mission of Payrail.co
To close the financial inclusion gap for rural dwellers and to provide additional opportunities to increase access to financial services beyond payments, Payrail Agency has partnered with Mercy Corps in their Feed the Future Nigeria Rural Resilience Activity to close the financial inclusion gap for rural dwellers and to provide additional opportunities to increase access to financial services beyond payments (RRA).
It is anticipated that over 50,000 farmers and micro, small, and medium-sized businesses in Northern Nigeria will benefit from the partnership, which began with financial literacy training. The program's overall goal is to increase female participation in agriculture, food production, and poverty reduction throughout Africa. The training began on Thursday in Adamawa State and will be expanded to other states in the coming weeks, including Borno, Gombe, and Yobe, according to the organizers.
Angala Financial Technology Limited's Managing Director, Dimieari Von Kemedi, provided an explanation of the training's rationale. Payrail Agency was established with the primary goal of utilizing technology to make financial services easy, affordable, and accessible to those who are financially disadvantaged or disadvantaged by their circumstances. As part of its efforts to realize this vision, the brand has formed a number of strategic alliances that will enable it to expand its reach into areas of Nigeria that are currently underserved by traditional financial institutions.
Payrail Agency, according to Dimieari, is piloting a suite of products that will provide rural African residents with savings, value-financing, insurance, and other financial benefits, as well as other financial services. As Dimieari explains, the Payrail Agency will provide top-notch services to MSMEs and individuals throughout Africa by ensuring competitive pricing, a stable infrastructure, and 24-hour multilingual support for MSMEs and individual needs.
Powered by Angala Financial Technology Limited, a Nigerian financial technology company specializing in platform-based financial services, the Payrail.co Agency operates on the Payrail.co platform.
