ClassVisa is launching a Learn and Earn Coding Boot Camp for Nigerians and Others

Classes at ClassVisa, a technology company based in the United States, are designed to allow Nigerians and other nationalities to learn to code while earning money through tasks and gigs.

The reason for this, according to ClassVisa's Chief Executive Officer, Henry Ebomah, is that the coding education landscape for foreigners in the United States has demonstrated that job offers have not kept up with demand, necessitating the need to assist both experienced and novice programmers.

California State University Coding Instructor Ebomah explained that the company provides remote tech development training and apprenticeships to job seekers in Africa and other developing countries, as well as connecting successful participants who successfully complete the six-month training program with remote job opportunities in the United States.

Most people cannot afford to attend university, and coding boot camps are typically prohibitively expensive for those who want to pursue a career in programming full-time.

ClassVisa developed a solution

Because of this, ClassVisa developed a solution in two phases that meets the needs of the majority of the market and is currently in beta testing.

A three-month coding boot camp for absolute beginners is being offered at a low monthly cost of $150. Students will be trained by certified US-based tutors before progressing to the apprenticeship stage and earning stipends. Those who are unable to pay this sum are assigned tasks that will allow them to cover the cost of the fee.

"Second, for developers with a minimum of one year of professional experience, there is an apprenticeship program that they can participate in. This allows any interested job seeker to enroll in an eight-week apprenticeship and be matched with technology companies in the United States for remote contract work within six months."

Following the Lead Developer's announcement, the next training will begin on January 8, 2022 at Accenture, a renowned information technology company, while the absolute beginners' class will begin on January 3, 2022 on the online learning platform classvisa.com.
