Plentific, a London-based proptech firm, has acquired TouchRight Software

TouchRight Software, a York-based provider of property maintenance software, has been acquired by Plentific, a London-based online property maintenance platform, for an undisclosed sum.

Announcing that it will incorporate TouchRight Software's property reporting tools – which allow agents, property managers and inventory clerks to create inspection reports – into its own platform, Plentific said that it will incorporate TouchRight Software's property reporting tools into its own platform.

TouchRight

TouchRight was established in 2012 by Terry and Rachel Lightfoot. More than 500 clients in the United Kingdom are currently using it to create property inspection reports such as inventories, check-ins, check-outs, midterms, and HMO and Legionella Risk Assessments, among other things.

According to Plentific, its app can assist in increasing the efficiency of property inspections that are carried out remotely via mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. Among the tasks expected to benefit from the acquisition are reporting on asset conditions, inventories, and safety inspections, according to the company.

The acquisition follows Plentific's previous $100 million Series C funding round, which was completed earlier this year. Highland Europe, Brookfield Technology Partners, Mubadala Investment Company, and RXR Digital Ventures were among the investors in the round, which was led by Highland Europe. Additionally, existing investors A/O PropTech and Target Global took part in the event.
