Visual Studio.Net Course And Certification
What is VisualStudio .NET?
Visual Studio .NET is an Integrated Development Environment (IDE), built and managed by Microsoft that can be used for developing all kinds of consoles, Windows Forms, graphical user interfaces (GUIs), Mobile Applications, Web services, and Web applications.
Visual Studio is used to develop native code and managed code that is supported by the Microsoft Windows, Windows CE, Windows Mobile, .NET Framework, .NET Compact Framework and Microsoft Silverlight. The Visual Studio .NET’s code editor offers various supports for IntelliSense and code refactoring, while the Visual Studio .NET integrated debugger supports both adding breakpoints to the source code and machine-level debugging. Visual Studio .NET comes with other built-in tools, like a form designer, which is a very useful tool when developing GUI applications, it is also a very useful tool for all kinds of use cases such as, Web designer whose tasks is to create dynamic Web pages, a class designer that employed to develop custom libraries, and a schema designer for database support.
To improve the functionality of VisualStudio at many levels, third party plug-ins may be added to offer support for source-control systems, while editors that are domain-specific language and visual designers are a few examples of the new toolsets that may be added through these plug-ins.
The Built-in language tools offer support for different well-known languages (like C, C++, C#, Python, and Ruby#), while language services may be separately installed to support languages, including M, Python, and Ruby, among other supported languages.
There are Visual Studio versions that offer support for specific languages, which are a cost-reduced solution for newcomers to development who might only need to use Visual Basic, or for advanced users who work on fast processing software applications and continually need to use Visual C# or Visual C++, but are not interested in the low-speed Visual Basic.
Features of Visual Studio.Net
1. Code Editor: Like every other IDE, VisualStudio .NET comes with a code editor that offers support for syntax highlighting and code completion and also has IntelliSense features for variables, functions, class methods, loops, and LINQ queries. IntelliSense is completely supported for the languages that are included in the IDE, such as, Cascading Style Sheets, XML, and JavaScript when developing web applications and web sites. The code editor of VisualStudio .NET is used for all the languages that it supports.
2. Debugger: Visual Studio .NET comes with a debugger that works both as a debugger for source-level codes and as a machine-level debugger. It operates with both managed code as well as native code and it can be used for debugging applications that are written in any language which is supported by Visual Studio. In addition, it can also be attached to running processes, to monitor, and debug those processes.
3. Designer: VisualStudio .NET includes a list of other visual designers to help with the development of applications. These tools include Windows Forms Designer, Web designer/development, WPF Designer, Data designer, Class designer, and Mapping designer.
4. Support for Git integration.
5. Terminal Support.
6. File Hierarchy Structure.
7. Web-Support.
