What is HTML5

HTML5 is the main standard rework of the HTML standard coming after HTML 4.01, XHTML 1.0, and XHTML 1.1. HTML5 is a web standard for arranging and also displaying content on the World Wide Web.

  • Geolocation: With HTML5, users can now have the option to share their physical location with your web application.

  • Microdata: It allows you to make your own vocabularies beyond just HTML5 and also extend your HTML web pages with custom semantics.
