What is today is the result of millions of years of extended lava flow in water.  Here the waves can be up to 400 meters high.  Wave flow is at its peak during the fall and winter seasons.  This spot is unknown among the top surfing destinations, so many ways to find this spot are on the cards.  Plus, no matter what stage of surfing you are at, this spot is perfect for everyone. 5. Mahe, Kerala

There are many exciting surfing spots in, Karnataka the area from north to south.  The months from May to September are considered the best time to go on the water with boards.  Although it is a bit difficult to reach here, it is worth trying once there to witness the mighty waves.  It would be best to get some information about it from the local people over there.  In the end, you won’t have to regret any fuss or hassle.

6. TenThousandPeaks, Karnataka

With a reputation of being one of the most beautiful beaches in Karnataka, this beach will definitely add more fun to your surfing experience.  The coastline of this beach is about 6 kms. Which lets you experience all kinds of surfing waves (big, small, huge and pretty much anything you want).  Although there are no surfing clubs and facilities for competitions, this place has never had a ‘dangerous surf wave’.
