How To Find Wi-Fi Password Of Any Network

Here is how to find your windows wi-fi password:

1.Through The Control Panel

1. Click Open on the right after typing Control Panel into the Windows search box.

2. Click on the View by drop-down menu then select a category.

3. Select Network and Interest.

4. Select Network and Sharing Center.

5. A blue Wi-Fi name will be displayed. Click it to connect.

6. Then, click on Wireless Properties.

7. As shown in the image below, click the Security tab and then click on the Show Characters checkbox.

2. Through Your Windows Terminal Command Prompt

A drawback of the above method is that you may see the Wi-Fi network password that you are currently connected to. However, what if you want to see all of the Wi-Fi passwords you've ever used? How will this benefit the organization in the long run?

The administrator Windows Terminal or Command Prompt can be used to perform the following procedures.

1.Simply type "Windows Terminal" into the Windows search box and press the Open button on the right.

2. When the Windows Terminal or Command Prompt window appears, type the following command: netsh wlan show profile

3. You can now select the WiFi network that has a password you'd like to see and write it down.

4. Next type: netsh wlan show profile (Enter the name of the Wi-Fi network) key=clear

5. Press the Enter key

This is what the end result should look like, and the password can be found in the Security settings next to the Key Content.

How Do You Find Your Wi-Fi Password On Mac?
