How to Make Changes to Your Apple ID Profile Photo on iCloud.com
It is possible to change your Apple ID Profile picture from any computer, even if you do not have access to a Mac computer. This is made possible through the use of iCloud. Here's how it's done.
1. Go to iCloud.com and sign in with the Apple ID that is associated with the profile photo that you wish to change.
2. Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.

3. Hover your mouse cursor over your profile photo or icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
