Exciting Tips to Enjoy Vape During Holidays in UK

Planning a vacation involves addressing a multitude of questions: Have you arranged transportation to and from the airport? Have you ensured all the lights are switched off at home? Are you allowed to bring vapes on an airplane? Vaping during your travels can be a complex issue, depending on your destination and your reliance on electronic cigarettes. Also, you can pack some great flavors from https://ellz.co. You may find yourself unfamiliar with the vaping dos and don'ts while traveling. But worry not, read here to provide clarity on vaping regulations for UK airlines.

Discover more about where major UK airports permit vaping and the allowable quantity of E-Liquid you can take aboard a plane. When searching for delectable vape juices to enhance your vacation, explore online for extensive assortment of E-Liquids.

RESEARCH UK VAPING REGULATIONS!

Before departing for the airport, it is advisable to acquaint yourself with the UK regulations regarding the transport of vaping equipment on international and domestic flights.

Can you bring a vape on an airplane? Yes, but you must either keep it on your person or in your checked hand luggage. Your two options are to keep it in your pants or jacket pocket or securely store it in your carry-on.

Most disposable and rechargeable vapes contain lithium batteries, which airport security deems a flight risk. Therefore, carrying it on your person is the safest approach. However, this does not grant you the permission to use it!

Even though your vape is within reach, you won't be allowed to use it in the airplane cabin and many parts of the airport. Vaping and E-Liquids are subject to the same regulations as traditional tobacco products.

As a result, vaping rules in UK airports are uniform. For instance, Jet2 Airlines permits the storage of equipment with lithium batteries in the cabin but prohibits its use. RyanAir and Virgin Atlantic enforce the same regulations.

DON’T ASSUME VAPES ARE LEGAL AT YOUR DESTINATION

In the UK, vapes and E-Cigarettes have been legal for almost a decade. The Tobacco & Related Products Regulations (TRPR), introduced in 2017, establish guidelines for vape retailers regarding what they can and cannot sell.

However, government regulations are significantly stricter in certain countries, while in others, vapes and E-Cigarettes are completely prohibited. Before embarking on your journey, do not presume that your holiday destination permits the use of vapes!

As mentioned earlier, vaping falls under the same regulations as tobacco products. Some airports have designated smoking areas where vaping is allowed, while others entirely prohibit it.

To keep you informed, we've compiled a list of the seven largest airports in the UK and their vaping policies:

London Stansted: Vaping is permitted in designated smoking areas outside the terminal, with no smoking areas available after passing security.

London Heathrow: Electronic cigarettes are prohibited within the premises and can only be used in designated smoking areas outside the terminal, with no smoking areas post-security.

London Gatwick: Vaping is only allowed outside the terminal buildings in designated smoking zones.

Bristol Airport: Vaping is allowed in designated smoking areas located by the arrivals exit, through

the bar on the mezzanine floor, and by Starbucks on the first floor.

Birmingham Airport: Vaping is only permitted in designated smoking areas outside the terminal building. After check-in, vaping is prohibited until reaching your destination.

Manchester Airport: Vaping is allowed in smoking areas outside all three terminal buildings before check-in and after arrival.

DON’T OVERPACK YOUR E-LIQUIDS

In the UK, the TRPR specifies that E-Liquid tanks in reusable and disposable vapes must not exceed 2ml. Additionally, the maximum volume of nicotine-containing e-liquid for sale in a single refill container is restricted to 10ml.

Government restrictions on hand luggage limit travelers to a single 20cm x 20cm transparent, resealable plastic bag, with all liquid containers holding no more than 100ml. Choose your favorite E-Liquids carefully and ensure they are visible in your clear bag.

ENJOY VAPING DURING YOUR HOLIDAY!

As long as you adhere to airport regulations and verify that your destination permits vaping, you can comfortably enjoy your E-Cigarette while on vacation. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase E-Liquids abroad.

Once you confirm that you are in a vape-friendly country, acquiring E-Liquids should be straightforward. However, note that nicotine E-Liquids may only be available at tobacconist (also known as 'tabac') stores in certain European countries.

Furthermore, various countries have differing regulations regarding nicotine strength. In the UK, the TRPR prohibits retailers from selling E-Liquids with more than 20mg of nicotine. In contrast, in the USA, you can purchase E-Liquids ranging from 0 to 50 mg! Be mindful of cultural differences and local laws while vaping during your travels, demonstrating courtesy to those around you.
