Frost Bank Partners with Infosys to Launch a New Mortgage Loan Product Offering

It was announced today that Infosys (NSE: INFY), (BSE: INFY), and (NYSE: INFY), a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, would collaborate with Frost Bank to provide strategic business consulting and digital capabilities that will enable Frost Bank to offer mortgage loans in addition to its other consumer loan products. During the next five years, Infosys will assist the bank in designing the mortgage loan process landscape from origination to servicing, designing the end-customer experience, and selecting the most effective technology platform to run and manage operations. This will allow the bank to continue to grow its mortgage solutions business.

Customer mortgage loans will be transformed through a collaborative effort between Infosys and Frost Bank to deliver a human-centric, digital-first approach that provides a superior borrower experience while also increasing operational efficiency. The implementation strategy will be focused on expediting the launch of the new product while also streamlining the mortgage value chain for Frost Bank by taking advantage of Infosys' access to global best practices and innovations through its partnership with Accenture.

According to Phil Green, Chairman and CEO of Frost Bank, "Offering mortgage loans in addition to our other consumer loan products is critical in meeting our customers' evolving needs and bringing the Frost experience to more Texans." As a result of our collaboration with a world-class company like Infosys, we will be able to be involved in the entire process from beginning to end and bring our industry-leading customer service experience to mortgage lending."

As well as working with independent mortgage solution providers and regional banks in the United States, Infosys has extensive expertise and years of experience in this field. Frost Bank can use this to its advantage in order to compete profitably in a competitive landscape that is rapidly changing.

In his remarks, Mohit Joshi, President of Infosys, said, "At Infosys, we have developed strong capabilities in the area of mortgage business transformation by providing our clients with innovative solutions that meet their customers' expectations for speed, transparency, convenience, and personalization, among other things. Our collaboration with Frost Bank heralds the beginning of a new era in mortgage services, and we are thrilled to be able to contribute our collective expertise to this endeavor."
