Our first experience dealing with a Garanntor’s customer support agent was extremely good. There was zero delay to connect with a support agent. They answered all of our questions, with good details. However, what I noticed was a slow response rate in answering questions, you have to wait painfully for a response on each question asked. The connection was fast but the response, very slow.
They need a dedicated team to manage their support properly and also look into the chatting bot they are using to rectify this.
2. Resellers are responsible for supporting their Users.
This go-to say, if you are planning on starting a reseller hosting with them, you have to be tech-savvy to handle all technically queries or better still employ experts to manage that for you.
Don’t expect any support from Garanntor to help your clients who you re-sold to.
3. No Back-Up
You should not depend on Garanntor for backup. It is solely your responsibility to maintain backups of your data. If you host with them, you would agree to take full responsibility to backup all your files and data.
4. Too Many Hosting Plans
