How To Terminate Paramount+

For the most part, people can terminate their Paramount+ membership by visiting the Paramount+ website. When canceling a subscription through a third-party service, such as Roku or Apple's App Store, you must do so through the third-party service that provided the subscription.

There is no difference between a free trial and a paid subscription; the instructions below apply to both scenarios. The following is the procedure for canceling Paramount+ through the Paramount+ website:

1. Go to the Paramount+ website and create an account if necessary.

2. Select your name from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the screen.

3. Select Account from the drop-down menu.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription to end your subscription.

5. You may be contacted with a special offer to keep your subscription active. To proceed with the cancellation, select No Thanks from the drop-down menu.

6. Select Yes, I understand the cancellation terms from the drop-down menu, and then click Yes, Cancel to confirm the cancellation of your Paramount Plus subscription.

7. The current billing period ends on the 7th day of each month, and your subscription to Paramount+ expires. If you want to continue watching Paramount+ content after that, you'll have to re-subscribe.

Cancel when you signed up via the App Store 

The official Parmount+ app downloaded from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad must be used to cancel the subscription. You can cancel through the App Store or through your iOS device's Subscriptions section if you signed up for Parmount+ through the official app downloaded from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

If you downloaded and signed up for Paramount+ using the mobile app, here's how to cancel your subscription.

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad and select the account icon from the drop-down menu.

2. Select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.

3. From the Active menu, select the Paramount+ subscription that you want to use. (The service may be referred to as CBS All Access because it was previously known as CBS All Access at one point.)

4. From the drop-down menu, select Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial.

5. Confirm your cancellation by tapping on the Confirm button on the confirmation screen.

6. Your subscription to Paramount+ will be terminated at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified. If you want to continue watching Paramount+ content after that, you'll have to re-subscribe.

Note: You can also access your subscriptions through the Settings app on your iOS device by going to your name > Subscriptions. To cancel a subscription, open the Paramount+ app and select Cancel Subscription from the drop-down menu.
