OPay recognizes Customer Service Week and pledges to continue to provide superior customer service
In celebration of Customer Service Week this year, OPay, a leading financial technology company, joins the rest of the world in renewing its commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience and to expeditiously resolving any disputes that arise.
Starting on October 4th, 2021, Customer Service Week, a week-long event that is celebrated annually in the corporate world across all sectors, officially kicked off. The theme for this year's conference, "Power of Service," emphasizes the importance of providing exceptional customer service as well as the importance of the employees who provide daily support to customers and prospects. OPay recognizes that the customer is king and has put in place measures to ensure that customers receive superior service delivery. OPay's culture is centered on the customer and is deeply ingrained in the company. The fact that the customer service department has demonstrated professionalism in the performance of their duties makes it possible to recognize the enormous contribution they have made to the organization's growth through opportunities such as this one.
In a statement, Iniabasi Akpan, Country Manager, expressed his appreciation to staff and customers for their continued support of the OPay brand and promised to improve service delivery to customers.
As an added bonus, the Director of Customer Support, Vivien Agu, backs up the statement by expressing her gratitude to customers and encouraging staff to continue engaging with customers in an empathetic, friendly, and solution-driven manner. While we consider every week to be customer service week, we are delighted that special days have been set aside to recognize our customers and service champions in the workplace and community.
While expanding into new countries, OPay has reaffirmed its commitment to providing superior service to customers.
