Techeconomy.ng has been awarded the title of "Most Innovative Digital Media Platform of the Year"

Technically, Techeconomy.ng, a Nigeria-based digital news platform, has been recognized as the ‘Most Innovative Digital Media Platform of The Year' in Nigeria, Africa's most populous country, at the 2021 Titans of Technology Hall of Fame awards ceremony.

The event, which took place over the weekend at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos, was attended by a number of Nigerian tech influencers as well as other dignitaries from the country.

Technology television's Don Pedro Aganbi is the Managing Consultant for their high-octane Titans of Tech Hall of Fame Awards. He says the awards are designed to recognize and celebrate the most important movers and shakers in Nigeria's high-tech industry; the revolutionaries, icons, organizations, and institutions that are at the forefront of the technological wind of change that has engulfed the country.

Dedicated to the Advancement of Innovation

He described TechEconomy.ng as a digital news organization that is dedicated to the advancement of innovation. ”The platform aids the audience in comprehending ICT and business-related news, as well as in determining which information is useful and which is not.” TechEconomy, which places a strong emphasis on original content, also publishes the latest news in mobile and apps, social and audience, reporting and production, among other areas. Moreover, it contains a section devoted to the diversity of business models found in the industry. As a result, it came as no surprise that they took first place in this category”, Aganbi explained.

It was presented to Mr. Peter Oluka, editor of TechEconomy.ng, by Mr. Ajibola Olude, executive secretary of the Association of Telecommunication Companies of Nigeria, who also served as the award's presenter (ATCON).

When asked for a response, Oluka expressed his gratitude to the organizers for the honor and stated that the team will continue to work around the clock to explore and explain the changing world around us in the technology sector, with a focus on developing market exploration and explanations.

In his dedication, he thanked all of the team members as well as the reader.

His words: "I dedicate this award to the members of our team for their perseverance, which has resulted in us being recognized for this achievement."

“As well, we appreciate the support of our readers in Nigeria, the United States, the United Kingdom, South Africa, India, the European Union, Ghana, Kenya, the Netherlands, China, Russia, and other parts of the world.

“One of the ways to rate news platforms is not just by how much traffic they receive, but by how much of an impact they have on the lives of their readers. In the recent past, we have received emails from researchers who are overjoyed because they have gained insights from our publications that have helped them in their research.

We are therefore grateful to the TechTV team, led by Don Pedro Aganbi, for the honor bestowed upon us by inducting TechEconomy.ng into the Titans of Technology Hall of Fame Award, which we consider a great honour.
