Zoho named lead sponsor of Africa Tech Alliance Forum (#AfriTECH2021)

The Africa Tech Alliance Forum 2021 (#AfriTECH2021) organizers have announced that Zoho Corporation will serve as the event's lead sponsor. Next week, the hybrid event (which will take place both online and in person) will take place at the Oriental Hotel in Lekki, with Olatomiwa Williams, Microsoft Nigeria's Country Manager, delivering the keynote address.

In this workshop, Andrew Bourne, Regional Manager for Africa at Zoho Corporation, will guide participants through the process of 'Driving Business Growth Through Customer Experience.'

Bourne will speak about how participants and businesses can reimagine their CX (customer experience) journeys in the aftermath of the pandemic.

In addition to C-Suite executives and entrepreneurs, the #AfriTECH2021 audience will include presidents of companies/organizations, presidents of industry associations, startups/entrepreneurs, and government officials, among other attendees and speakers.

#AfriTECH2021, the organizers of the event, said in a statement signed by Peter Oluka, editor of TechEconomy.ng, "We are delighted to have Zoho partnering with us to make the event memorable." Additionally, the presence of Zoho at the event is noteworthy because the company's diverse range of products is relevant to the event's central theme.

"In addition to more than 50 apps covering nearly every major business category, including sales, marketing, customer support, accounting, and back-office operations, Zoho Corporation also offers a suite of productivity and collaboration tools. Zoho Corporation is one of the most prolific software companies in the world, with more than 50 apps covering nearly every major business category, including sales, marketing, customer support, accounting, and back-office operations. It is our expectation that participants will learn about compelling reasons to use Zoho products to assist them in their post-pandemic digital transformation journeys."

"People's lives and livelihoods all over the world have been irreparably damaged as a result of COVID-19 in a relatively short period of time. It has also compelled a reexamination of what it means to provide customer service to vulnerable individuals and the customer service teams that serve them. An acute sense of urgency to address customers' needs has replaced the examination of customer journeys and satisfaction metrics in order to determine what they desire."

He continued, "Andrew will discuss how businesses can address customers' immediate needs today while also building stronger relationships in the post-COVID-19 era through the use of care, creative thinking, and new tools."

Every day, over 60 million users from hundreds of thousands of businesses, including Zoho, rely on Zoho to help them run their businesses more successfully.
