Feather Secures €6M to Expand Simplified Insurance Services Across Europe

Feather, a startup focused on providing insurance solutions tailored for expatriates in Europe, has secured €6 million in funding, bringing its total funding to €10 million. Founded in 2018 by Rob Schumacher and Vincent Audoire during their participation in Entrepreneur First’s inaugural Berlin cohort, Feather was born out of their personal challenges navigating Germany’s insurance landscape after relocating there. They identified significant gaps in existing insurance offerings: complexity, lack of clarity for non-native speakers, and fragmented services that do not seamlessly translate across borders.
