AI-Powered Psychological Profiling Startup, Innzpira, Expands to Europe

business .

The Chilean company, specializing in developing algorithms with machine learning to comprehend workers, clients, and users of various companies and institutions, has recently inaugurated an office in Valencia, Spain.

Innzpira, a Chilean startup specializing in psychological profiling using AI, recently concluded a €150,000 investment round to facilitate its expansion into Europe. The founder, Chilean psychologist Isaías Sharon Jirikils, relocated to Valencia, Spain, in December to establish the European operation, which officially commenced operations in April. Innzpira functions as a holding company for several subsidiaries, including Smart Coach for coaching, HPI for education, HRX for human resources, and Redarkia, a matchmaking application. These subsidiaries collectively aim to assist companies and institutions in gaining a better understanding of their workers, clients, and users to enhance decision-making processes.

Sharon’s entrepreneurial journey began early, as he was raised in his family’s puppet factory, fostering a natural inclination towards innovation from a young age. Despite this upbringing, he pursued psychology at the University of Santiago, where his interests expanded to include education matters. During his time at the university, he became actively engaged in student leadership roles and later served as an advisor to former Minister of Education Mónica Jiménez.

Facing a challenging diagnosis of advanced lymphatic cancer at the young age of 27, Sharon made significant life changes. He sold his consulting company, settling his debts, and embarked on a year-long journey of chemotherapy. Despite the difficulties, Sharon’s entrepreneurial spirit remained undeterred. Amidst his treatment, he founded Smart Coach, a coaching school that has since trained over 20,000 professionals across 14 countries.

After receiving a clean bill of health in 2015, Sharon embarked on a mission to enhance his business endeavors by incorporating technology. This initiative led to the development of psychometric profiling, a cutting-edge approach to understanding individuals’ psychological traits and behaviors. Concurrently, Sharon pursued further academic achievements, earning a doctorate in education and technology to deepen his expertise in these fields.

Currently, Innzpira functions as a conglomerate overseeing multiple subsidiaries focused on diverse sectors. These subsidiaries include Smart Coach, which specializes in coaching services, HPI, dedicated to education initiatives, HRX, focused on human resources solutions, and Redarkia, an innovative matchmaking application. The overarching goal of these ventures is to empower companies and institutions with tools to gain deeper insights into their workforce, clientele, and user base, ultimately enhancing decision-making processes across various domains.

Innzpira has engineered a suite of psychological algorithms leveraging machine learning techniques. These algorithms are deployed via a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform utilizing a microservices architecture. The platform functions by prompting workers, clients, or students to respond to tailored questionnaires. The responses are subsequently validated and analyzed by the algorithms to generate comprehensive profiles. This process enables organizations to gain actionable insights into the psychological makeup of their stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and tailored interventions.

Sharon underscored the paramount importance of data protection for Innzpira, highlighting their adherence to European standards. The company employs robust measures such as anonymizing data and encrypting information to safeguard against security breaches.Presently, Innzpira operates across 10 markets in the Americas, including its base in Chile, with its headquarters situated in the United States. Following a successful fundraising round of €150,000 from angel investors and participation in the Spanish accelerator Startup Olé, Sharon relocated to Spain to spearhead the company’s European launch.

Innzpira’s strategic vision entails penetrating the banking sector, with advanced discussions underway with major entities such as BBVA and Santander. Additionally, the company is finalizing a contract with Telefónica Spain, granting access to data from a sizable cohort of 140,000 individuals.Spain is poised to serve as the launching pad for Innzpira’s next phase of expansion, with ambitious plans to enter Asian markets and establish a presence in 55 countries by 2028. In the current fiscal year, the startup anticipates conducting between 8 and 10 million profiles for clients spanning over a dozen countries, generating revenues of approximately $4 million.
