Razer Fintech Partners with BillEase for Enhanced Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

Razer Fintech has joined forces with Philippine-based buy now, pay later (BNPL) firm BillEase to introduce installment options for merchants within Razer Fintech's network.

The collaboration enables clients of Razer Merchant Services to offer BillEase's BNPL services, including card-free installment choices allowing users to pay within 10 to 20 days or across several months.

The partnership aims to foster growth and inclusivity in the e-commerce landscape. Statista projects BNPL spending in the Philippines to reach $900 million by 2026, compared to approximately $100 million in 2021.

BillEase, founded in 2015, posted $60 million in annual recurring revenue as of July 2023, doubling the previous year's figure. Last year, it collaborated with Ant Group's Alipay+ to introduce BNPL and installment payment options in the Philippines.

Razer Fintech, the financial services arm of gaming brand Razer, reported a total payment volume exceeding $6 billion for its 2022 financial year.
