How To Clean A Cloth Mousepad
If you are using a soft cloth mousepad, there are not a lot you need to worry about. You can clean it using a machine or by hand.
1. Hand Washing Method
A. Fill up your sink with warm water and some soap to lather up.
B. Toss your mousepad into the sink, then use your hand or a sponge to rub the surface of the mousepad, applying as much pressure as needed to remove the stains from it.
C. Rinse your mousepad after the first cleansing. If the stains are stubborn and the dirt engrained, it might need a second round of washing to remove.
D. Rinse it again, making sure that there's no soap left on the surface of your mousepad.
E. Pat your mousepad dry to take away the absorbed water.

2. Machine Washing Method

How To Clean An RGB Mousepad
RGB mousepads have wiring in them that we would need to be careful about while trying to clean the mousepad.
Because the RGB lighting can be damaged if we throw them inside a washing machine, we will, therefore, only use the manual hand washing method for the RGB mousepads.
To do that,
1. Take a sponge and dip it into soapy water. Squeeze out the excess water and rub it on your RGB mousepad's surface.
2. Avoid cleaning where there are any wires and other connections, clean everything else.
3. Rinse the sponge with regular water, removing the absorbed soapy water from it.
4. Rub the sponge on the mousepad again to take away any excess soap. Then, rub the mousepad with the other clean side of the sponge.
