Jayson Molumby Double Seals West Brom Comeback at Stoke
West Brom came back from one goal down to beat Stoke and take an important step towards the play-offs. Jayson Molumby scored twice during a second-half comeback and sealed Albion's success to stay within two points of the top six with one game left to play.
Albion had taken the lead through Jacob Brown on half-hour, but following an ineffective start from Albion Stoke deservedly took control with an impressive counterattack move to take the advantage.
Jacob Brown’s first-half opener
Stoke City made their move out of the relegation zone this season after Jacob Brown scored to give them a 1-0 home win against Luton Town, moving them from seventh in the Championship table into fifth. His goal sent them onto five wins in all.
Jacob Brown scored with an early header past Alex Palmer - in his return from injury - before West Brom rallied via two goals from Jayson Molumby that breathed new life into Carlos Corberan's play-off push at bet365 Stadium.
The Baggies have won three of their last four matches and have moved two points away from play-off contention with one game left to play, under Corberan's leadership.
