BLUETTI Announces AC300 and AC200 MAX new up to 24.6kWh, 6000W power stations
Whether you're embarking on an adventurous camping trip or simply seeking a backup power source to safeguard against power outages caused by weather events or other unforeseen circumstances, having a power station on hand can be a lifesaver.
Bluetti designs and manufactures some of the most impressively powerful and portable power stations we've ever seen. Now, following the phenomenal success of its most recent launch, the AC200 in July 2020, it is introducing two new models: the AC200 MAX and the AC300. Discover what makes them unique right here.
AC300
The AC300 represents a sea change in Bluetti's power station design, as it does away with the internal battery pack in favor of a more modular approach. Rather than that, you can incorporate external battery packs into the system, allowing you to tailor the system to your specific needs.
The significant advantage is that the AC300's weight is significantly reduced as a result, making it easy to transport and move, and the flexibility it provides is truly remarkable. It's also a lifesaver when it comes to moving - going unit by unit is far less taxing on your back than attempting to pick everything up at once.
Under the hood, similarly impressive components include a 3,000W pure sine wave inverter and an MPPT controller capable of supporting up to 2,400W of solar charging. A single AC300 can support up to four battery packs with a combined capacity of 12.3kWh. To take it a step further, you can connect two AC300s via Bluetti's Fusion Box Pro to simultaneously double your power and capacity!
This equates to up to 6,000W of continuous power, 24.6kWh of total capacity, and a ground-breaking 10.4kW of solar input capability! This setup can serve as an emergency power source and power your home essentials for more than a week, or with enough solar panels, you can even power your entire house off-grid indefinitely.
AC200 MAX
Meanwhile, the AC200 MAX, which looks identical to the highly successful AC200P, takes a more gentle approach to an upgrade.
In practice, this means the AC200 MAX has a higher continuous output power of 2,200W from its pure sine wave inverter, as well as a 100W PD3.0 USB-C port, an upgraded MPPT controller capable of handling up to 900W of solar input, and a built-in 30A NEMA TT-30 outlet designed specifically for RVs.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the Bluetti AC200 MAX supports Bluetooth and can be controlled wirelessly via the new Bluetti Smartphone App (iOS and Android). This makes it extremely easy to use and configure, which is ideal for someone who is not an expert on power standards.
Best of all, neither of these new models will require crowdfunding or lengthy wait times – they will both be available for direct purchase on Bluetti's website very soon, allowing you to get your hands on them as soon as possible. Orders are expected to begin in late August 2021.
