How To Insert Simple Watermark Into A Microsoft Word Document

To add a watermark to a Word document using a predefined template, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Launch Microsoft Word on your computer.

2. In the Home section, select the option for a new blank document. (Alternatively, you can open the document that you wish to edit.)

3. Select the Design tab from the drop-down menu.

4. In the "Page Background" section, select the Watermark option from the drop-down menu.

5. Select one of the Confidential watermark options from the list below:

  • All information is kept strictly confidential.
  • Do not reproduce in any way.

6. For the Disclaimers, select one of the watermark options from the list below:

  • Draft.
  • An example.

7. Select the File option from the menu bar.

8. Finally, click the Save button to complete the process.

Once you've finished with the steps, the watermark will be applied to the document you created.
