Special for Father’s Day: 4 Sweet Salads Everyone Will Enjoy

Salad for Summer, Hot and Sweet
What you require:
Peeled, membrane, pith, and 2 navel oranges
1 ripe mango, cut coarsely.
1 finely sliced yellow bell pepper
1 chopped serrano pepper with the seeds removed
14 cup freshly chopped dill
14 cup finely minced fresh mint
2 tbsps. citrus juice, fresh
1 dash of salt
Combine orange, mango, bell pepper, and chile pepper in a sizable salad dish. Add lime juice and add dill, mint, and salt to taste. Before serving, cover and chill for at least two hours or overnight.
Fruit Salad with Fluffy Pistachios
What you require:
Sliced two large bananas; two and a half cups of crushed pineapple
two cups of little marshmallows
2 cups of drained fruit cocktail
1 1/2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
1 1/2 cups orange mandarin
Pistachio pudding mix, half a cup
In a sizable bowl, combine pistachio pudding mix and crushed pineapple. Add whipped topping and stir. Oranges, fruit cocktail, bananas, marshmallows, and add to bowl; mix to combine. Before serving, cover and chill in the refrigerator.
Honey-Carrot Salad
What you require:
1/2 kg. grated carrots
1 cup of pineapple chunks
50 g of raisins
2 tablespoons of mayo
1 teaspoon honey
1 splash of lemon juice, fresh
In a big bowl, mix grated carrots, pineapple, and raisins. Add mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice; combine thoroughly to coat. Before serving, cover and chill for at least an hour.
Healthy Berry Salad
What you require:
1 cup organic yogurt with vanilla
1 cup of strawberry slices
Blueberries, 1 cup
raspberries, 1 cup
1 cup of banana slices
chopped walnuts, half a cup
Ground cinnamon, 3/4 teaspoon
In a big bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and banana slices. To coat the fruits, add vanilla yogurt and mix. Add walnuts and cinnamon to the top. One hour of refrigeration is required before serving.
