How To Cancel Your PlayStation Now Subscription On A PlayStation 3

PlayStation Now can be turned off through the console's settings menu.

1. Select PlayStation Network from the drop-down menu from XMB (XrossMediaBar) row of options.

2. From the drop-down menu, select Account Management.

3. A menu bar with Account Management options appears at the top of the screen.

Keep in mind that if you are prompted to sign in, do so and enter your PlayStation Network credentials.

4. Select Transaction Management from the drop-down menu.

5. Select the Services List from the drop-down menu.

6. A list of the subscriptions that are currently active is displayed. Select the PlayStation Now Subscription option and press the X button on the controller.

7. Choose Cancel Automatic Renewal and press the X key once more to complete the process.

How to Exit PS Now in a Web-Browser

Additionally, you can cancel PlayStation Now online through the PlayStation Now web page.

1. Open a web browser and navigate to the Sony Account Management web page to begin.

2. Enter your PlayStation Network credentials in the appropriate fields and then click Sign in to proceed.

3. The Basic Account Information screen appears, which contains your name and mailing address. Subscriptions can be found in the PlayStation Network section of the left menu pane of the PlayStation 3.

4. You may receive a pop-up message informing you that you must navigate to another page.

5. You will be directed to the PlayStation Store Subscriptions Management page when a new browser tab or window is opened.

6. Locate the PlayStation Now Subscription in the list that appears and click the Turn Off Auto-Renew link that appears next to it.

7. Finally, click Confirm to complete the process.

Note: A point to note is that even if you cancel your subscription prior to the upcoming renewal date, it will continue to be active until that date. It is during this time period that you will have full access to all games.
