Apple Spectacular

What you require:

2 apples, thinly split into wedges
Juiced lemon, one
split chocolate chips, 2 teaspoons
2 tablespoons of pecans, chopped
1/fourth cup peanut butter
divided into 4 teaspoons of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of coconut shredded finely
In a bowl that is microwave-safe, combine 1 tablespoon chocolate chips and 2 teaspoons coconut oil. Microwave the mixture until completely melted. The remaining coconut oil and peanut butter should be combined in a another bowl and microwaved until melted. On a platter, arrange apple wedges and top with lemon juice. Pour the peanut butter mixture first, then the chocolate mixture. Add the remaining coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips on top.
Cacao Avocado Brownies without Gluten

What you require:

two giant avocados
3 eggs
Coconut sugar, one cup
a half-cup of cocoa powder
Chocolate chips, half a cup

A half-teaspoon of baking soda
The two avocados' flesh should be removed and placed in a food processor. Blend the cocoa powder and coconut sugar in a blender until completely smooth. Just process the ingredients—eggs, brown rice flour, and baking soda—until the eggs are thoroughly incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chunks with care. Put the batter in an 8x8-inch brownie pan that has been buttered. Bake for 15 minutes in a 350°F preheated oven. Prior to slicing and serving, let the cake cool fully.

10 pieces of boiling dried dates
20 ounces of almond butter
Dark chocolate chips, half a cup
water in 2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract, two tablespoons
Baking powder, half a teaspoon
1/four teaspoons of sea salt
In a food processor, combine softened dates, water, and sea salt. Process until coarsely crushed. Blend baking powder, vanilla extract, and almond butter in a food processor until thoroughly combined. The chocolate chunks are included (by hand). Place the mixture balls on baking pans that have been buttered. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a 350F preheated oven. Before serving, let the food cool on a cooling rack for a while.
