Artist3: An innovative Art Ecosystem is set to Launch!
Artist3, the first non-fungible token (NFT) art platform for creatives, artists, musicians, and art collectors, is set to launch in May 2021.

One of the beneficiaries is an intriguing subset of the cryptocurrency space known as non-fungible tokens (NFTs). On 23rd April 2021, Magic Carpet Studios, an innovation storytelling company frequently referred to as the "Disney of Africa," in collaboration with Wifisoft Technologies, a leading technology development company focused on the insurance and fintech sectors, hosted an exciting evening of cocktails and conversations for art and technology enthusiasts to introduce the platform Artist3.
Ferdinand Adimefe, founder of Magic Carpet Studios, CEO of Imaginarium Creative, and Co-Founder of Artist3 stated at the event, "With the wave of disruption sweeping the digital space, the traditional art industry is experiencing a 22% decline, owing in large part to Covid 19, which acted as a catalyst for the much-needed transition and integration into the digital space." By contrast, the online art market is expected to double in size by 2024. “We see this as a once-in-a-generation opportunity to accelerate the growth of art in emerging markets, which is why we founded artist3 to empower the creative community by leveraging the blockchain space's unique essence.”

Artist3 leverages the blockchain technology to build an end-to-end digital ecosystem that connects art enthusiasts and art enthusiasts across the globe's art and entertainment universes.

Okuku emphasized that Artist3's mission is to become a leading international NFT all-inclusive art platform, curating the most innovative artists and dynamic creators. “With artist3, you can collaborate on projects, earn money, and even build your own brand!” he stated.

Chike Okonkwo, a former BitFXT project manager/chief operations officer, advisor to Nimedix, business developer at OKEx Exchange, and head of partnerships at Knabu, who is also a team member, encouraged all artists to be forward-thinking and focused on leveraging the new platform to reach a larger audience.
Apart from providing a global platform for artists to display their work and a global audience to purchase it, Artist3 is poised to solve the intractable problems of IP theft, licensing intellectual property, trademarks, and earning residual royalties on their creative and digital assets in the coming months.
